i've read the rules and i know i can't express a vote on this but if it helps i'd like to recommend him
we both started playing like 6 years ago but did many stops due to school and RL problems so that's the reason for the low equip (he started against after something like a 1.5 years stop) and has come to this equip in like 2 months
