46rate is kinda low nowdays, you should somehow increase it (with hr also). +

As elu said already, you should increase your rate. You can do that changing your helm for a 24/15. Wizards need rate. I suggest you to buy eos8 as well, it's not that expensive.
And, yeah... +. Set will be upgraded by time.
